PARITEL ACQUIRES ZUCCHINI PACKAGING LINES

PARITEL HOLDING, the Bologna-based Company that has been active for over 20 years within industrial participations related to enduring goods investments, has formalized the acquisition of 100% shares of Zucchini Packaging Lines S.R. L.

Zucchini Packaging Lines, founded on 1955, nowadays well established within the Bologna packaging Valley and supported by over 4.000 machines installed worldwide, is a market leader reflecting a consolidated reality within the field of automatic end-of-the-line machines, always distinguishing its activities as a supplier of reliable and customized solutions to their Clients.

The automatic machines and complete lines for packaging into cardboard boxes manufactured by Zucchini are employed within a number of specific fields such as food, tissue, home care etc.

Yet, the reliability and the innovative product handling solutions are to be considered as the main factors of success.

PARITEL HOLDING is a Bologna-based Company, that has dedicated its over 20 years activity to the managing of industrial business medium/long term re-launch plans.

There are three main “aggregation projects” still on progress and are:

  • IMT – Italian machine Tools, on the tooling machine field
  • IPA, on the industrial equipment automation
  • SGP – “SASIB GLOBAL PACKAGING” on the packaging field

The acquisition of Zucchini Packaging Lines, important Bologna-based end-of-line machine manufacturer, enables PARITEL to add a new essential player to its project “SASIB GLOBAL PACKAGING”,  that is already focusing onto the important re-launch of SASIB ( leader on tobacco machine manufacturing ) and CEVOLANI ( leader on automatic lines for production of tin plate container ) 

PARITEL Group currently employs over 600 persons for a € 120 M. turnover.
